WORK WITH JANI

The framework. The clarity. The way through.

I’ve spent three decades watching people navigate the collision, and I’ve lived it myself. These days I’m building something of my own, on my own terms, which means I understand the road you’re on whether you’re an individual finding your way through midlife, an event looking for a speaker who makes people feel seen, or an organisation trying to understand what’s happening to its people. There’s a way to work together that fits where you are.

The Heart of the Work

Navigating Hormageddon™ takes self leadership.

Not the kind that grits its teeth and pushes through. The kind that comes from finally understanding yourself well enough to make different choices, and trusting yourself enough to follow through on them.

Here’s what I’ve learned, in my own life and sitting across from hundreds of others. When you lead yourself well through the collision, it never stops with you. It ripples out.

Yourself · Family · Career · Community

The people you love feel the difference. Your work feels it. Your friendships, your family, your community, all of it shifts. Because the most powerful thing you can do for the people around you is understand and steady yourself first.

That’s the real work. And it starts with you.

SPEAKING

KEYNOTES, WORKSHOPS AND TRAINING

Talks that change how people understand themselves.

I speak to rooms that are ready for a different conversation about midlife, ADHD, hormones, and human performance. My talks draw on three decades of observing human behaviour across complex organisations, my own lived experience of the collision, and a human lens rather than a clinical one.

Honest without being heavy. Practical without losing heart. The kind of talk people are still thinking about long after the room goes quiet.

Available across Australia and internationally, in person or virtually, and shaped for the audience in front of it every time.

Surviving Hormageddon™

The flagship talk. The collision named, framed, and made survivable.

The ADHD and Menopause Collision

Two forces rarely understood together, and the framework to navigate them.

Adult ADHD, Finally an Explanation

The human experience of a brain that was never given the right map.

Coaching

1:1 and Group Coaching

Self understanding is the key to a life on your own terms.

When you’re in the collision zone, it can feel like everything is falling apart at once. Most people try harder, push through, or look for someone to blame. What actually helps is understanding what’s happening and why.

The goal isn’t to fix you. It’s to give you a clear picture of how you’re wired, what’s driving the collision, and how to navigate it on your own terms.

I work with clients 1:1 and in small groups, building a Personal Operating Map that brings everything you know about yourself into one clear, usable picture. And I do this work as someone who has lived it. Late ADHD diagnosis, menopause, burnout, and the leap from corporate into building something of my own. So when you say you don’t know if you can do this, I’m not responding from theory. I’m responding from experience.

What the work covers

  • Understanding the Hormageddon™ collision and which of the four forces are hitting hardest for you right now
  • Building your Personal Operating Map through a series of assessments that together give you a complete picture of how you’re wired
  • Understanding your brain wiring, behavioural style, values, and how you show up under pressure
  • Identifying what’s been depleting your nervous system and what genuine recovery looks like for you
  • Navigating ADHD, late diagnosis, menopause, or andropause through a human lens rather than a clinical one
  • Building self-trust and a way forward that fits your life rather than someone else’s template

Who this is for

Individuals navigating their own collision, and founders and business owners who built something around a brain that never fit a traditional workplace. If you’re leading yourself and others through change, this work meets you there.

Jani connected the dots between my oestrogen levels, my ADHD diagnosis, and what I was experiencing in menopause in a way nobody had before. I finally understood what was happening to me and what to do about it.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS

FOR ORGANISATIONS

This isn’t a wellbeing initiative. It’s a performance conversation.

When your most experienced people are quietly burning out, losing confidence, or leaving roles they’ve held for years, the instinct is to look at management, culture, or workload. But often what’s driving it is something nobody in the room is talking about. A biological and neurological collision happening to your people right now and costing your organisation in ways that don’t show up clearly on a spreadsheet.

The organisations that understand this first will retain the talent that others are losing.

I work with organisations through keynotes, workshops, and structured programs that give leaders, managers, and HR teams the Hormageddon™ framework and the language to have a different conversation about what’s happening to their people at midlife. When leaders learn to navigate their own collision with self leadership, it ripples through every team they touch.

Leadership and Executive Teams

A structured program for senior leaders navigating their own midlife collision while leading teams through change. Combines the Hormageddon™ framework with behavioural profiling and the Personal Operating Map.

Workforce Education

Keynotes and workshops that give employees the language to understand what’s happening to them and the people around them. Reduces stigma, improves retention, and creates the conditions for honest conversations.

HR and People Managers

Practical training for the people responsible for managing midlife employees. How to have better conversations, what to look for, and how to keep your best people at the moment they’re most at risk of leaving.

Jani Rundall speaks from lived experience, not theory. After decades in the corporate world, she saw too many capable people keep performing while burning out, losing confidence, facing health issues, and watching relationships come under strain. She knows what it feels like when the old rules stop working and you have to stop, tell the truth, and rebuild your life with more intention. That’s why her message lands. She’s honest, relatable, and practical, and she speaks to the part of people that already knows something needs to change. Jani reminds us that midlife isn’t the end of the story. It can be where the real story finally begins.

HOW IT WORKS

Every engagement starts the same way.

Every person and organisation I work with starts with a conversation, so I can understand exactly where you are and recommend the right path forward.

STEP 01

Take the Scorecard or send an enquiry

The Hormageddon™ Scorecard takes five minutes and gives both of us a clear picture of where you are before the first conversation.

STEP 02

A conversation

A focused strategy session to understand your situation, your goals, and what kind of support will actually move the needle.

STEP 03

A clear recommendation

I’ll tell you exactly what I recommend and why, whether that’s coaching, a talk, a corporate program, or something else.

STEP 04

The work begins

Once you’re in, you’re in. I work with a small number of clients at a time so the depth of the work is never compromised.

NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

Start with the Scorecard.

It takes five minutes and gives you a clear picture of which forces are hitting hardest right now. It’s the easiest first step, and it gives you something concrete to bring to our first conversation.

Common Questions

Questions people ask before we start

Do I need a diagnosis before we work together?

No. Many of the people I work with are still making sense of what’s happening, and some have no formal diagnosis at all. The work starts with understanding what you’re experiencing, not with a label.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy and coaching do different jobs. I’m not a clinician and this isn’t therapy. The work is about understanding how you’re wired, naming the collision you’re in, and building practical ways to navigate it. If something clinical comes up, I’ll always encourage you to get the right support alongside this work.

I'm not sure which option is right for me. Can you help?

Yes, that’s exactly what the first conversation is for. You don’t need to have it figured out before you reach out. Tell me where you are and we’ll work out the right path together.

How do corporate programs typically start?

Usually with a conversation at the leadership level about a performance and retention challenge, rather than a wellbeing checkbox. From there we shape a program that fits your organisation, whether that’s a keynote, a workshop series, or something deeper for your leadership team.

Do you work with men, or just women?

Both. The collision affects everyone in midlife, including men navigating andropause and their own version of these four forces. The framework was built to include everyone, not just women.
